Making Sure Your Bathroom Products Arrive Smoothly
Thanks for choosing us for your bathroom needs! We want to make sure you understand how our deliveries work, whether you’re ordering online or from our Stevenage showroom.
Online Orders (Mainland UK Delivery)
Once you’ve placed your order and we’ve received your payment, we’ll start processing it straight away.
- Delivery Costs:
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £200.
- For orders under £200, a delivery charge of £20 applies.
- Delivery Timescales: Delivery times can vary as items are often despatched directly from our suppliers.
- Scheduling Your Delivery: After you’ve placed your order, you’ll get an email from us asking you to select a delivery date. You can change this date later if needed.
- Next-Day Delivery: In most cases, we offer a next-day delivery option for orders placed before 11 am.
- Large Item Deliveries (Pallets):
- Larger items might be delivered on a pallet. It’s really important that you tell us about any access problems to your property (e.g., narrow roads, difficult driveways).
- as close as possible to your property that the delivery vehicle can safely reach.
- Please understand that our delivery drivers are not allowed to carry items into your home due to health and safety regulations and insurance reasons.
- Missed Deliveries: If we schedule a delivery for a specific date and nobody is present to receive it, an additional charge may apply for redelivery.
- Signature Required: Please note that all goods will require a signature upon delivery.
- Checking for Damage: It’s vital that you check all items for damage upon arrival. If you find any damage, you must let us know immediately, and at the very latest, within 7 days of delivery.
- Delivery Address Changes: Once your order has been despatched, it’s not possible to change the delivery address.
Showroom Orders (Stevenage)
For all orders placed at our Stevenage showroom, we offer free local delivery. Items will be dispatched either from our Stevenage warehouse or directly from our suppliers, depending on stock levels and the quickest way to get your products to you.
