Found a product at a lower price? Brilliant! All you need to do is provide us with the product link from our website and the competitor’s website. We’ll then review it against our simple criteria and get back to you as quickly as possible with your “Price Match”.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind (Our Terms and Conditions):
To ensure a smooth and fair Price Match for everyone, please bear the following in mind:
- It must be truly like-for-like: The product needs to have the exact same specifications, colour, and dimensions.
- UK-based websites only: The competitor’s product must be advertised on a UK-based website.
- In stock: The product must be readily available and in stock on the competitor’s website at the time of your request.
- Before you buy: We can’t apply a price match retrospectively (after you’ve already made your purchase).
- Excludes sales and promotions: Our Price Match Promise doesn’t apply to competitor’s sales or promotional offers.
- Delivery charges included: When comparing prices, we’ll make sure to include any delivery charges from the competitor.
- Reputable retailers: The product needs to be on a competitor’s direct website, not a price comparison site or third-party selling/auction sites (like Amazon or eBay).
- Our discretion: All price matches are ultimately at the discretion of Bathroom Builders UK.
