Our guarantees apply to Bathroom Builders UK branded products purchased directly from our website or showroom for normal domestic use. We cover the material structure of the item against manufacturing defects for the stated guarantee period. You’ll find this guarantee information clearly marked on our brochures and on our online store.
What Our Guarantees Don't Cover
While we strive to provide comprehensive coverage, there are a few things our guarantees don’t include:
- Non-domestic use: Our products are designed for your home, so commercial or business use isn’t covered.
- Improper installation or use: If the product isn’t installed or used according to our written instructions, good plumbing practices, or relevant legislation, it won’t be covered.
- Fair wear and tear: Like anything, products can show signs of normal use over time.
- Neglect or abuse: Damage resulting from neglect or misuse isn’t covered.
- Electrical failure: This guarantee specifically covers the material structure, not electrical components.
- Perishable moving parts: Items like rubber seals that naturally wear out with fair usage are not covered.
- Parts not part of the material structure: This guarantee focuses on the core structure of the product.
How to Make a Claim
In the unlikely event you need to make a claim, it’s simple:

If the fault falls within the terms of your guarantee, we’ll guide you through the next steps. We’ll arrange for a suitable replacement, either in part or whole, and get it to you as quickly as possible. Please note that if a product is replaced and then found not to be defective, we reserve the right to charge for the item and any associated costs.
This guarantee is valid throughout the UK.
